William Sammy Grigahcine professionally known by his stage name DJ Snake is a popular French DJ and a record producer from Paris. His debut singles ''Bird Machine and Turn down for what''was released in February 2013 by Mad Decent, a record label run by Diplo. In 2015, both the producers announced a collaboration on the famous groove 'Lean On', which was a massive commercial success all around the world and peaked at number 4 on the US Billboard top 100 charts and number 1 In several countries. DJ Snake admits that he has a soft spot in his heart for India and the Indian fans. After shooting 'Lean On' in 2014, Magenta Riddim was also shot in India. In 2018, he paid a tribute to the influence that Indian music has had on his music and professional life. He further added that it is the reason behind his music being favored by people all around the world.
